The University is seeking a versatile individual who is able to take on administrative responsibilities, but who is also willing and able to be the University’s initial point of contact for inquirers calling by telephone or in person. The University places a great deal of importance on presenting a professional aspect to all inquirers who will often receive their first impression of the University from the appointee.
The appointee must therefore be able to demonstrate maturity, reliability and professionalism when dealing with a wide cross-section of persons and organisations. The appointee must also be able to assist with administrative duties which include recording minutes, organising meetings which involves corresponding with invitees and managing arrangements, capturing data, assisting with travel, visits and events, as well as prepare information packs, documents and management of diaries. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Spanish would also be an asset. We are looking for a hardworking, highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and who understands and shares the values and goals of the University.
