Topics covered include an overview and interpretation of financial statements, cost volume profit analysis, an introduction to budgeting, business financing methods and performance measurement.
The Introduction to Financial & Management Accounting course is a great first-step into learning practical and transferable knowledge within management accounting.
Delegates have the option to either enrol for the full two day Introduction to Financial and Management Accounting short course or enrol for just one day, either Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.
