The Sports Coaching Award has a specific set of assessed learning outcomes, successful completion of the course means that you can accumulate credits that could be used towards the Professional Certificate in Coaching and Undergraduate courses at University of Gibraltar.

The course is designed to fit around full-time work and other commitments. Delivery is through one evening session a week over 11 weeks. The course aims to:

  1. Improve your skills and increase ability levels for aspiring and practicing coaches.
  2. Raise awareness of contemporary practices within multi-sport coaching deliver.

By successfully completing this course you will receive:

A Certificate of attendance

You may also if you choose, complete two short assessments. This will provide you the opportunity to gain credits against other relevant courses at the University of Gibraltar.

Entry Profile

The Sport Coaching Award welcomes applications from anyone with a strong interest in sports coaching and/or:

  • Practicing and aspiring coaches
  • Sport community leaders
  • Sport volunteers

Fees

£450, this fee includes all University of Gibraltar registration fees, supervision and tuition.
