EB: Studying at home gives me more time to spend with my family.
DG: Love it! The ability to complete the PGCE whilst at home is amazing.
EB: Practical sessions are the part of the programme I most enjoy.
DG: The structure of the programme in general. There is a balance of time in uni and at placement. As well as, the constant support offered to me.
EB: Great level of support
DG: Having just finished an UG degree in the UK, I can say the level of professionalism shown by the team is remarkable. Ive found the style of teaching is very engaging and modern. Lecturers are extremely supportive and really go out of their way to assist you in anything you need.
EB: You get more support than in UK universities
DG: Do it! Being able to study in Gibraltar is a unique opportunity, both for locals who get to stay home, and for those from abroad who will get to experience how unique we are!
EB: Placement at St. Paul’s school arranged by the university. It was a fantastic experience.
DG: Placement is part of the PGCE. I was placed at a local secondary school and found the support from both the university team and school team was over the top. The guidance I have received during my first placement as a trainee teacher has allowed me to grow as a teacher.
