About this lecture

Although the ecological, meteorological, and economic consequences of climate change have been extensively studied in the last few years, the mental health consequences are just beginning to take the spotlight. The current presentation focuses on the possible direct and indirect mental health effects of climate change, including the emotional reactions – such as eco-anxiety, eco-guilt, and ecological grief – and also discusses the ways of coping and adaptation.
