Almost 100 professionals from across Gibraltar’s financial industries attended a one-day blockchain workshop on campus yesterday. In what was a full-on and insightful event delivered by London Blockchain Labs (LBL), delegates were introduced to the technology’s characteristics, governance and uses.  The event was run by GSX Group’s Blockchain Innovation Centre in collaboration with University of Gibraltar. Based at UCL, LSE and Imperial College London, LBL is a community of students, entrepreneurs, and developers who provide training on working with blockchain technologies.

The workshop sessions were delivered by Isaac Sultan, LBL Smart Contracts Developer, Federico Rocchi, LBL Director of Business Development, and Dr Enrico Rossi, LSE Fellow: Information Systems and Innovation Faculty and Ilya Kleyner, LBL Executive Director.
