Learning Pathways
When embarking on the journey of pursuing a Micro-Credential, students are presented with two distinct options: academic and non-academic. These choices cater to a wide range of aspirations and objectives, ensuring that Micro-Credentials are not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re looking to further your academic pursuits or simply seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in a specific area, there’s a path that aligns perfectly with your goals. When undertaking a Micro-Credential you will be able to choose from the following two directions:
Assessed
For those aiming to leverage their Micro-Credentials as a stepping stone towards a master’s degree, it’s essential to note that this avenue is open to you. To count your Micro-Credentials as credits toward a master’s program, you must successfully complete the requisite assessments associated with each Micro-Credential. This academic pathway offers a seamless transition from the Micro-Credential to a more comprehensive academic journey, empowering you to take the next step in your education.
Non-Assessed
On the other hand, if your objective is to attain an attendance certificate and you prefer not to pursue the academic route, rest assured that this path is equally accessible. You can still obtain valuable Micro-Credentials that signify your skill acquisition and expertise without the commitment to a full academic program. This flexibility allows individuals to tailor their Micro-Credential experience to their unique needs and ambitions, providing a diverse range of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
