We are thrilled to announce that our first female cadet, Poppy Briscoe, has embarked on her first placement at sea. A major milestone that reflects growing diversity and opportunities in the maritime sector.
We also recognise the invaluable contributions of our two female Maritime administrative staff, Victoria Harman and Heather Faint, whose dedication and leadership keep our operations running smoothly every day. Their work behind the scenes is essential to the success of our cadets and maritime training.
Here’s to the women navigating new horizons, whether at sea or on shore. Your achievements pave the way for a more inclusive, empowered maritime community.
