Philippa Baldwin is a lecturer on the Bachelor of Business Administration programme, currently teaching the Year 1 module Principles of Management and Year 2 module Entrepreneurship. She has previously taught modules for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) at the University of Gibraltar and Accounting for Managers on the Bachelor of Business Administration programme.
Philippa graduated from Liverpool John Moores University obtaining a BA (Hons) Business Administration. After graduating, Philippa moved to Gibraltar in 2002, training for her ACCA qualification with one of the Big Four accountancy firms, KPMG. After qualifying and gaining ten years’ experience in the audit and accountancy field, Philippa moved to worked within regulation at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, initially managing the supervision of Audit firms in Gibraltar and then as Financial Controller and Specialist for Banking Resolution and Compensation.
In addition to her current lecturing, Philippa returned back to Audit and Accountancy and works for a local company within Gibraltar.
