About this course

This is a highly interactive, collaborative approach to learning with a forward-thinking focus where participants will enhance their management and leadership skills over an intense 2 days.

Topics include: an introduction to the different types of management & leadership styles; an overview of motivation and how to motivate the different generations in the workplace; leading and managing change; highlighting cultural differences; and improving existing delegation and empowerment techniques.

This course includes gaining an insight into management & leadership through the use of individual exercises, case studies, group work and general discussions.

The University is accredited by the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Certification Service.  This means that we provide recognised independent continuous professional development accreditation compatible with global CPD principles.

Delegates who participate in CPD activities are at the advantage of ensuring that their academic and practical qualifications do not become outdated: allowing individuals to continually ‘upskill’ or ‘re-skill’ themselves, regardless of occupation, age or educational level. Our course has CPD certification and therefore carries CPD points.

Certificate of attendance will carry 12 CPD points.
