About this course

This one-day workshop is aimed at managers who want to gain new skills and tools in order to facilitate effective decision making in relation to work-related problems.
You will explore ways to recall information quickly, learn new tools to assist in the assessment of investigating problems, learn new techniques of board storming and how to produce action plans to implement your decisions. This one day course will reawaken the right-hand side of your brain.
The workshop is highly participative as you will put into practice the tools learned during the day. By the end of the day you will be able to:
  • Increase your ability to retain information;
  • Identify different techniques to produce ideas for problem solving;
  • Use creative techniques to evaluate a solution before implementation;
  • Use the techniques learnt to solve real issues within the organisation.
The overall learning outcome by attending this workshop is that you will go away able to use creative techniques to solve work-based problems which will assist you to make the best decisions following the problem-solving cycle.

This course is CPD certified and therefore carries 7 CPD points being the total course hours. On completion of the course, students will received a Certificate of Attendance, which will carry these CPD points.

With over 30 years experience in the field of Learning & Development, Dale has managed the L&D functions for major brands in the Financial Services sector.
His passion is for Leadership & Management training and his work is accredited at a professional level. With a great interest in the millennial generation and how they will lead businesses in the future, he also possesses a deep cultural understanding of leadership across the globe. He is also a trainer on PWC’s MBA Programme delivering the Leadership Module within Eastern Europe.
Dale is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and brings strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair to influence leadership, behavioural and cultural change.
