MS02: Leadership Through Communication

Effective communication lies at the heart of great leadership. This intensive two-day course equips managers with the tools to engage, influence, and inspire their teams, colleagues, and clients.

Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and tailored feedback, participants will explore their own communication style, learning how to adapt their approach to diverse audiences and professional situations.
