Provide a Scholarship

Widen access to education

Higher education can make a real difference to people and the communities they live in. It is this belief, together with our commitment to academic excellence that underpins everything we do.
While there are many individual and societal benefits of a university education, there are still segments of society to whom going to University is simply not an option.
Scholarships have the power to break down some of the barriers to education while bursaries can encourage sustained student success through their studies. They are both meaningful ways of making a direct impact on people’s lives.

Here are some of the students

""I am thankful to the Parasol Foundation Trust for their investment in my future. The scholarship represents an opportunity to study at University and will enable me to take firm steps towards a career in business""

How to make an impact

Here are some ways you can provide financial support to a University of Gibraltar student.

Bursary

From £1,000
A bursary is a set amount that is designed to support a student who is already studying at the University. It can be made available to one student or, for larger donations, the bursary could help support more than one person. You can set the selection criteria for the award.

Scholarships

From £10,000-50,000
A scholarship is designed to help a student access education. It could cover partial or full tuition fees for example and is applied for before they commence a course at the University. Whatever you decide to donate, you set the selection criteria or target group.
