I see now the relevance of the topics I was taught and the impact of knowing topics such as Marine Spatial Planning, Ecosystem-based Solutions, refining how to effectively carry out research and developing ocean planning. I truly appreciate all the skills I learned and now are being used to improve marine research back home.
