The University of Gibraltar represented at a UN Formal Meeting in Geneva

The University of Gibraltar was represented at the UN Economic Commission for Europe’s (UNECE) Steering Committee on the Environmental Policy. The meeting, held in Geneva on the 8th-9th June 2015, focused the UNECE’s new implementation framework for Education for Sustainable Development.
Vice-Chancellor (designate), Professor Daniella Tilbury, was invited to present her UN monitoring and evaluation work in this area and to contribute to the construction of a ministerial statement which will be adopted at the High-Level Meeting Scheduled to take place at Batumi, Georgia in June 2016.
