The University is seeking, on a 6 month fixed term basis, a versatile and mature individual who is able to take on administrative responsibilities.
The appointee must be able to demonstrate reliability and professionalism when dealing with a wide cross-section of persons and organizations. Main duties will relate to administrative work in relation to courses.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Spanish and other languages would also be an asset. Applicants should be educated to degree level and be able to demonstrate similar work experience.

Normal office hours will usually apply but staff may be asked to work outside of office hours on occasions to cover conferences and international meetings.
