Placement Open Evening
The University’s School of Business is hosting a Placement Open Evening on Thursday 12th of October 17:00 pm – 19:00 pm.
This will be a great opportunity for those employers interested in taking a student on placement to learn about the programme, meet those who have provided placements in the past, share experience with other employers and to meet some future professional talent.
Providing a placement for a University of Gibraltar student offers Gibraltarian businesses a unique opportunity to tap into fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and the latest academic insights. By doing so, they not only enrich their workforce with emerging talents but also play a pivotal role in inspiring the next generation of business leaders, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking corporate culture. Read about the benefits of providing an internship to one of our students in the following article published by Gibraltar Business Magazine here.
“At Playtech we’re very proud of the deep links we have established with the University of Gibraltar. Over the course of the last 3 years, we’ve taken on many students who have worked across all areas of our business, including HR, Digital Marketing, B2B and B2C Product. These placement programs provide invaluable experience for the students, while also forging a strong local talent pipeline. We look forward to continuing the placement program for many years to come and supporting our local academic community.”
