The University of Gibraltar offered a high-level and dynamic business course. Prior to joining, I had no formal business education and I wanted to undertake a programme that would be both challenging and career-advancing.
How has your experience of the programme and the university been so far?
At present, I am able to balance both my professional life with educational commitment, a testament to the flexibility of the programme. As a direct result of the modules I have done so far, I have started as a Senior Regulatory Officer within the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. This demonstrates the tangible, and life-changing, rewards that can be reaped from the programme.
What do you expect to do once you graduate?
I definitely have intensions of utilising my MBA to give me a head start in pursing a programme in Law….you can’t get the student out of me that easily!
How have you found student life at the University of Gibraltar?
The University boasts a welcoming environment, with passionate lecturers and an intimate studying experiences. Class sizes are normally on the smaller side, giving me the ability to receive tailored advice and really make the most of the expertise that the modules expose me to. The course structure definitely considers the demographic of individuals who take the course, largely being busy professionals who are unable to commit to the lifestyle of a full-time student.
