About this course

This practical course explores the relationship between stress and time management in the workplace. Participants consider how poor prioritisation, ineffective planning, interruptions and personal work habits can sometimes add to workplace pressure, while also recognising that stress may be caused by wider issues such as workload, unclear expectations or lack of resources. The course helps participants identify when time-management approaches can relieve pressure and when the underlying issue needs to be clarified, addressed or raised with others.
