Business, Management, & Law

About

The Business, Management, & Law Research Hub focuses on interdisciplinary research addressing challenges across business, governance, law, and technological change. With a strong emphasis on research of significant academic and practical relevance, the Hub spans areas including business strategy, public policy, marketing, international and comparative law, organisational governance, and consumer behaviour in increasingly digital environments.

Research within the Hub examines how organisations, markets, and legal systems respond to global challenges such as sustainability, technological innovation, and evolving governance frameworks. This includes work on sustainable business practices, organisational power dynamics and equity, the integration of artificial intelligence in marketing and decision-making, and consumer responses to emerging technologies in cross-cultural contexts.

The Hub also advances scholarship in international and constitutional law, human rights, and global governance, addressing themes such as accountability of power, transitional justice, decolonisation, territorial disputes, and the role of international legal frameworks in shaping institutional behaviour.

Drawing on expertise across academia, policy, and professional practice, the Hub connects business, legal, and policy perspectives to address issues of both local and global importance, contributing to academic knowledge while informing policy and organisational decision-making.
